That was not the right fix for the mentioned issue.
The correct fix is to use
OPENSSL_CRYPTO_LIBRARIESand fix it in a vcpkg-cmake-wrapper.cmake. Same forOPENSSL_SSL_LIBRARIESFurthermore zstd linkage is completly wrong.
